GTA Alignment and Ball Position Guide

There are two concepts for ball positions.

1- "One Ball Position". The ball position for all clubs to be played off of the left heel (right hand players).

2-"Variable  Ball Position" . The ball is played at different position depending on the length of the club.

For "One Ball Position" all balls when using the GTA Alignment & Ball Position Guide, the ball should be placed just above the "B" of the position selector.

For "Variable Ball Position" the ball position should be as followed:

Driver- "A" Fairway woods and long irons- "B" Mid length irons- "C" Short irons- "D"

Position of feet when using the GTA Alignment & Ball Position Guide

    Position of the Left Foot is angle about 25 degrees.

    Position of the Right Foot varies:

    Short Iron-  "A" Slightly narrower than the width of your hips

    Mid Iron-  "B" About the width of  your hips.

    Long Iron, Fairway Woods- "C" Slightly wider than the hips.

    Driver- "D" At least the width of your shoulders.
