GTA KNEE ACTION INDICATOR

One of the most over looked aspects of the golf swing is the position of the knees at address and throughout the swing.

Knowing the position of each knee at address and during different phases of the swing can be a tremendous help in timing and balance.

Photo 1- At address the Knee Action Indicators need to be pointing just inside of each foot.

Photo 2- When the club gets parallel to the ground, there is no movement in the right indicator and very little with the left indicator.

Photo 3- At this position, note the the right indicator has not moved and the left indicator is now pointing about 6" inside of the left foot.

Photo 4- During the downswing the right indicator is now pointing about 6" inside of the right foot and the left indicator is pointing over the left foot.

Photo 5- At Impact the right indicator is pointing in the middle of the feet and the left indicator is pointing just outside of the left foot.

Photo 6- Both indicator have move toward the target a few more inches.

Photo 7- At the finish, the right indicator is now pointing just behind the left foot and the left indicator is pointing several inches pass the left foot.
